1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Quiz AIQ. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Skill-Based Game

Quiz AIQ is a skill-based trivia game. Outcomes are determined primarily by knowledge, speed, and strategy. No purchase is necessary to play or win in free-credit modes.

3. Credits & Purchases

Credits are in-game virtual currency. Purchased credits are non-refundable and have no cash value outside the platform unless redeemed through an approved reward according to our rules. Bonus credits earned through gameplay or promotions may be subject to separate redemption restrictions.

4. Rewards & Redemptions

Gift cards and direct-deposit redemptions are subject to availability, identity verification, anti-fraud review, and applicable tax reporting. We reserve the right to deny redemptions that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots, multiple accounts, or any form of cheating. Violations may result in forfeiture of credits, prizes, and account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quiz AIQ is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
